FIX: Virtual Machine Manager crashes when you try to manage a mirror LUN on a secondary storage array in Windows Server 2012

Consider the following scenario:

You run Microsoft System Center 2012 Virtual Machine Manager Service Pack 1 on Windows Server 2012.
You have two EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) storage arrays that are managed by one EMC Storage Management Initiative Specification (SMI-S) provider.
You create one logical unit number (LUN) on the first SAN storage array and the additional mirror LUN on the secondary SAN storage array in Virtual Machine Manager.
You try to manage the mirror LUN on the secondary storage array in Virtual Machine Manager.

In this scenario, Virtual Machine Manager crashes.
